NEGOTIATED PROCEDURE PURSUANT TO ART. 1, CO. 2 LETTER. B), OF DL 76/2020 AND SS.MM.II.

By resolution of the Procurator’s Council of January 28, 2023, the Procurator’s Office of San Marco (contracting authority) initiated a negotiated procedure, pursuant to Article 1, paragraph 2, letter b), of Legislative Decree 76/2020 and subsequent amendments, for the awarding of the contract for the “Restoration of decorated stone and marble surfaces of the Basilica of San Marco” project.

The procurement process will be conducted using the GPA platform, which will manage the publication of the notice of expression of interest, selection of economic operators, invitation to the negotiated procedure, submission of offers, verification and evaluation of the offers, and awarding of contracts, as well as communications and exchanges of information, pursuant to Articles 40 and 58 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and subsequent amendments.
